Tender Requirements
Bidders are required to review the complete tender documents for information regarding conditions of sale and responsibilities of the purchaser regarding property condition. This information is available by contacting the RM office in-person at 423 Main Street, Bienfait, SK; or by email at rm.04@myaccess.ca.
Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and must be accompanied by a deposit of at least 20% (percent) of the tender amount. The deposit shall be made by way of a certified cheque, bank draft, or money order payable to the Rural Municipality of Coalfields No. 4. the successful bidder(s) will have 30 days to provide the payment in full to complete the purchase. the deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within 30 days.
