SAMAView and the 2021 Revaluation
SAMA conducts revaluations based on a four year cycle. SAMA View is a website application that allows the general public access to individual property assessments for all SAMA client jurisdictions. SAMA will be posting final 2021 revaluations property assessments on SAMA View so the data is available to the home owners as soon as they receive their assessment notices.
