Road Restriction Order 2022-1

In Accordance with Bylaw No. 6-11 of the RM of Coalfields No. 04 and Part 111 of the Municipalities Regulations, it is hereby ordered that effective 12 o’clock Midnight on the 20th day of March. 2022 and until further notice a Road Restriction Order has been placed and is in effect with respect to the following roads:

ALL ROADS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY WILL BE BANNED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TOWNSHIP ROAD 21 FROM HWY 39 TO WESTMORELAND COAL – BIENFAIT MINE.

Permits can be obtained through Permit Now Permitting @ 1-877-547-4095.
