The RM of Coalfields No.4 has ConX Wireless (Text2Car) GPS in its Graders which have been used for internal reporting until recently when ConX Wireless released a public interface to show real time when graders are removing snow within the RM of Coalfields No.4

Here is some helpful tips when viewing the map:
- Snow Map is updated every hour
- Map has been upgraded to a high definition , zoomable map for reference
- Various colors on the map indicate time reference of when the roads have been plowed
- Pink: 0-4 hrs
- Green: 4-8 hrs
- Neon Green: 8-16 hrs
- Blue: 16-24 hrs
- Teal: 24-48 hrs
- Orange: 48-72 hrs
4. If no data is shown (ex. a map isn’t populated on the screen) then there has not been any snow plowing with the last 72hrs, check back again later
Clearing roads is a #1 priority in the RM and crews will begin clearing snow as soon as it is safe and practical to do so following a snowfall.
Remember to be mindful of the RM roads that run into another RM, as our section may be plowed but the other RM may not be out yet.
